Northampton

■ Luz Selenia Baez, 51, of Springfield, was arrested about 1:50 a.m. Wednesday on Pleasant Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, failure to stop or yield, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.

■ Robert Roy Ouilette, 57, of 43 Center St., was arrested about 11:24 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of trespassing after he allegedly refused to leave Cooley Dickinson Hospital following treatment.

■ Nathan J. Schumann, 42, of 9 Lynn Drive, Southampton, was arrested about 5:17 p.m. Tuesday on Gothic Street on a charge of open and gross lewdness (subsequent offense) after he allegedly was seen masturbating in a parked car.

■ Claudia Marie Rossi, 42, of 241 State St., Apt. A, was arrested about 3:11 p.m. Tuesday on State Street on a charge of domestic assault and battery after she allegedly assaulted a man during an argument.

■ Annette M. Cintron, 34, of Holyoke was arrested about 3:08 p.m. Tuesday on Conz Street on charges of assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled with injury, assault and battery, and malicious damage to a motor vehicle. According to police, Cintron got into a fight with her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend and the woman’s mother at the Walter Salvo House and allegedly damaged the new girlfriend’s car.

Easthampton

■ Matthew Rood, 17, of 18 Kania St., was treated and released from Holyoke Medical Center after a two-car accident at the intersection of West and Oliver streets at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday. Police said Rood was westbound on West Street when a vehicle driven by Donald Stiles, 64, of 788 Burts Pit Road, Northampton, turned left in front of him, causing the collision. Police cited Stiles for failing to use care in turning.

■ Elijah Boivin, 19, of 15 Chapman Ave., escaped injury when his vehicle struck two telephone poles tethered together in the area of 25 Lovefield St. at 12:43 p.m., Tuesday police said. Boivin had to be extricated from the vehicle and the poles were replaced, police said.
