Amherst
∎ Dominic William Serra, 20, of Agawam, was arrested Monday at 3:46 a.m. on Belchertown Road on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger after the vehicle he was driving went off the road, police said.
∎ Patrick Henry Brown, 25, of 520 Riverglade Drive, Unit J, was arrested Monday at 1:23 a.m. at South Pleasant and Snell streets on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense).
∎ Greg Lucas, 20, of West Roxbury, was arrested Saturday at 10:25 p.m. at a Lincoln Avenue home on a warrant, police said.
∎ Police took a report Friday at 11:42 a.m. from management at Hawkins Meadow apartments, 352 Northampton Road, that laundry machines were damaged when someone used a metal cutter to access coin deposits. No estimate on the extent of damage or the amount of money taken was available.
Belchertown
∎ Kaleb John Carey Lane, 24, of 53 Springfield Road, was arrested Feb. 13 at 1:20 a.m. at a Belchertown home on a charge of assault and battery.
Easthampton
∎ Karina D. Oliva-Beza, 33, of 322 Main St., Apt. I, was arrested at her home Monday at 12:50 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace, police said.
∎ Matthew Skowron, 39, of 17 Campbell Drive, was arrested on a warrant at home Friday at 8:30 a.m.
