The Plainfield Congregational Church on Sunday will host a unique program with two presentations on the Mahican-Mohawk Recreational Trail and a performance by a classical ensemble called “Musical Visions of Nature.” The event is co-sponsored by Friends of Mohawk Trail State Forest and the Franklin Land Trust, to benefit the creation of a 100-mile hiking trail that retraces an ancient Native American route from the Connecticut River to the Hudson …
