BELCHERTOWN — A 28-year-old Northampton man arraigned in Eastern Hampshire District Court Thursday denied raping a boy in Belchertown in 2008 and 2009. According to court documents, Navy Tep, of 178 Florence Road, Apt. 3, coerced and forced a boy to perform oral sex seven or eight times when the child was six and seven years old by promising him he could play video games.
