Amherst
Amy J. Vernon-Jones, daughter of Russ and Lydia Vernon-Jones of Amherst, graduated in the spring from Harvard Law School and has been hired as a staff attorney by Appalachian Mountain Advocates in Lewisburg, W.Va. She graduated from Amherst High School and the University of Delaware.
James Traester of Amherst is a first-year student at Tufts University in Medford.
Belchertown
Air Force Airman Griffin J. Reid, son of Graeme and Margery Jess-Reid of Belchertown, graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas, by completing an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills
Granby
Air Force Reserve Airman Dillon M. childs, son of Nicole Cote and stepson of Donald Cote of Grnaby, graduated from basic military training at lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. childs completed an intensive eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. He is a 2011 graduate of Pathfinder REgional Vocational Technical High School in Palmer.

Katie Kuzmeski, of Hadley, was named to the honor roll for the fall term at Suffield Academy High School in Suffield, Conn.
