∎ A 21-year-old Ashland man was issued $600 worth of tickets for violating the town’s noise and nuisance house bylaws after police responded to Presidential Apartments Sunday at 5:18 a.m., the third response for noise there over a five-hour period, police said.
After police gave the man the tickets, he made a 911 call that a fight was taking place at his home, even though there was no disturbance.
The man will be summoned to court on charges of filing a false police report and disorderly conduct, police said.
∎ Marissa Eunice Furtek, 26, of 21 Autumn Lane, was arrested Saturday at 11:26 p.m. at her home on two warrants, police said.
∎ A 21-year-old East Longmeadow man and a 21-year-old Pocasset man will both be summoned to court on charges of vandalizing property after they ripped two shrubs out from a Phillips Street yard and began dragging them down the street, police said.
∎ Bianca D. Ottaviani, 22, of 80 Damon Road, unit 5205, Northampton, was arrested Saturday at 1:19 p.m. at the Sears store on Route 9 on a charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme, police said.
