On hand for the proclamation were center Director Swansea Benham Bleicher, second from right, parents NJ Rongner, left, of Holyoke and Kaitlyn Ferrari of Florence and toddlers, from left, Jihae Park, 3, of Amherst, Santino Ferrari, 2, of Florence and Vera Baldi, 1, of Northampton.
