Casey Nathan says she’s all about dresses. Nathan, who lives and works in Northampton, dresses in an eclectic style, which she dubs, “vintage, with a trace of utilitarianism.” When the Style Stop team caught up with her earlier this week, she was decked out in a number of pieces from 25 Central, located in Thornes Marketplace in Northampton.

Work vs. day-to-day: I dress the same, either way. I like to dress up regardless of what I’m doing, unless I’m doing work like stocking the shelves.
Where she gets her ideas: When it’s not busy, or when I’m not working, I shop off people I see. I’ll ask, “Where did you get that dress?” I feel like people don’t get enough compliments.
Her inspiration: I’m sort of 1920s-influenced as far as patterns go; 1950s as far as the shape of the waistline.
What she likes most: I wear a lot of dresses. Half of my closet is devoted to dresses — about 30.
Her style: I try to buy things that have pockets, things that have multiple uses, like this reversible scarf from 25 Central. They have these every winter season.
Her shoes: These are Born. I got them on Amazon, but I own a lot of heels, Clarks mostly. They’re comfy.
Where she shops: I shop at Goodwill and the Salvation Army, and at 25 Central — they have a lot of cute dresses. I know what brands I like so I can find them on Amazon. Not pants though, I have to try them on.
