∎ Saul F. Perez, 29, of 241 Jackson St., apt. 18A, was arrested Sunday at 4:59 a.m. in the parking lot of McDonald’s restaurant on King Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possession of a class B drug (cocaine), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and a operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

∎ Thai Vo, 27, of Springfield, was arrested Sunday at 1:33 p.m. on Bridge Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

∎ Police arrested three 16-year-old boys on Merrick Lane near the rail trail Saturday at around 8 p.m. on one charge each of underage possession of alcohol. Police said the teenagers were in a car with beer.

∎ Trevor Joseph Sims, 39, of 38 Market St., apt. A, was arrested Saturday at 6:25 a.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery. Sims allegedly grabbed his girlfriend’s wrist and lifted her in the air, police said.

∎ Stephen R. Higgins, 40, of 14 South Main St. in Haydenville, was arrested Saturday at 2:06 a.m. in a parking lot off Pleasant Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense), and leaving the scene of property damage. Police said Higgins allegedly struck another car with his vehicle in the lot.

∎ Kenneth Joseph King, 25, of Chicopee, was arrested Saturday at 1:35 a.m. at Tully O’Reilly’s pub on Pearl Street on a charge of possession of a class B drug (cocaine). Police said an employee of the establishment witnessed King engage in a drug transaction in the bathroom and subsequently contacted police.

∎ Anthony Maurice Parks, 40, of Holyoke, was arrested Friday at 6:53 p.m. on Main Street on a charge of disorderly conduct. Police said Parks was intoxicated and yelling and swearing prior to his arrest.

∎ Cuong T. Ly, 25, of 43 Hadley Road, apt. 93, Sunderland, was arrested Friday at 4:49 p.m. on Main Street on charges of intimidating a witness and on an arrest warrant out of Eastern Hampshire District Court on charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime, trespassing and three counts of assault and battery.

∎ Laura Susan Paton, 59, of 247 Riverside Drive, apt. 2, was arrested Friday at 2:18 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. Police said Paton was caught trying to steal $76 worth of food and alcohol from the Big Y supermarket on North King Street.
