A plane takes off from LaGuardia Airport in New York, Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015. Gov. Andrew Cuomo has proposed a rail link to LaGuardia, one of the nation's busiest airports.  Cuomo's plan calls for an elevated AirTrain connecting the airport with the Willets Point station 1.5 miles away. The station, opposite the New York Mets' ballpark, serves both the Long Island Rail Road commuter rail and the No. 7 subway line.
