Paul Condarcuri’s purple shirt provided a nice visual break from the gray skies and blustery weather earlier this week. The Style Stop team spotted the 27-year-old Westfield resident in downtown Northampton.

SHIRT: I just like the color. My dress shirts are like Skittles candy, I have lots of different colors. I pick the shirt first, and then a tie and vest to go with it.

TIE: It’s Calvin Klein. C’mon now, you can’t go wrong with that.

HAT: I’ve had this one for about 10 years. I have a bunch of hats — this is my artsy one. You can’t look the same every day.

HIS STYLE: Maybe ’50s doo-wop. Somewhere in between Frank Sinatra and Tony Bennett.

PUTTING A LOOK TOGETHER: I have ideas, so I just kind of roll with it.

BIG PRIORITY: Comfortability, a made-up word

HE’LL NEVER WEAR: Skinny jeans that sit below the waist. I just don’t think they’re worn appropriately. What’s the point of a belt if you’re not going to wear it properly?

WHAT IS IT WITH THE BORING WAY MOST MEN DRESS? I think it’s that they just want to be left alone. For most men, clothes are not a way of developing personality.

ADVICE: Wear what you like and then listen to what other people think. It will help you find out what looks good on you.
