Lights go in for Northampton’s Pulaski Park evergreen Saturday
The annual holiday tree lighting in Pulaski Park will be today.
Mrs. Claus will lead the singing, and Santa will arrive on a Northampton fire truck.
Festivities start Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and run through 6 p.m. There will be free cookies and hot cocoa donated by Smith College.
The schedule is as follows:
∎ 4:30 p.m., Mrs. Claus singing with the Northampton High School chorus.
∎ 5 p.m., Santa arrives to light the tree.
Pulaski Park is on Main Street next to the Academy of Music.
