Brianna Leonard, member of the class of 2017 and a sociology major, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic.
Sophie Chesworth, daughter of Michael and Beth Chesworth, graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
Isaac Lavine received the Luther F. Witmer Prize from the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Lafayette College in Easton, Pa. The prize is awarded to the senior with the most outstanding accomplishments in materials science and engineering.
Robert Carkhuff was named to the spring semester dean’s at Saint Anselm College, Manchester, N.H.
Macey Elizabeth Thomas, daughter of James and Tari Thomas, graduated from Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt., with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and anthropology.
Shohini Kundu was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y.
Travis Chartier graduated with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.
William Chase Kervick and Jacob Maheu were named to the spring semester dean’s list at Norwich University, Northfield, Vt.
Samuel Belcher was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y.
Kelsey Dadmun, daughter of Sue and Jeff Dadmun, graduated from Smith College with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. A graduate of Easthampton High School, she plans a career in art conservation and restoration. Her sister, Taylor Dadmun, graduated from Easthampton High School as class valedictorian and will attend Northeastern University, majoring in political science.
Kelsey and Taylor are the granddaughters of Donald and Barbara Dadmun of Florence, and the late Catherine (Collins) Dadmun.
Samuel Whittaker has been named to the spring semester dean’s list at Beloit College, Beloit, Wis.
Rebecca Cooper was named to the spring semester dean’s list at St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minn. A psychology major, she is a graduate of Northampton High School.
Lauren D. Goodman, daughter of Dr. Robert and Amy Goodman, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Fla. Lauren, a chemistry and anthropology major with minors in biology and abnormal psychology, is in a customized program in forensic anthropology.
Katherine Loux earned a master’s degree in art therapy from Albertus Magnus College, New Haven, Conn.
Abigail Stowe-Thurston was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn. She is spending the summer studying Azerbaijani with the U.S. State Department Critical Language Scholarship Program in Azerbaijan.
Noelle Menard was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Saint Anselm College, Manchester, N.H.
Paul Donais, a junior majoring in environmental science, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Lyndon State College, Lyndonville, Vt.
Amanda Beverly Major, daughter of Donna and Michael Major, graduated from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt., with a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Spanish and French.
Timothy J. Cooke graduated from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, N.H., with a degree in chemistry.
Jessica Thelen, an English/literature major and philosophy minor, graduated magna cum laude from Westfield State University. She was a member of Sigma Tau Delta, an international English honor society. . She was local music director for the school radio station, WSKB, wrote for the school newspaper, and was published in the school’s literary journal. She will pursue a master’s degree in English at Clark University, Worcester.
Richard J. Hynninen, a senior majoring in mechanical engineering, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Clarkson University, Potsdam, N.Y.
Michael A. Kazalis received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University, Potsdam, N.Y.
Patrick (Pat) Dickert graduated from the Loomis Chaffee School, Windsor, Conn. He received the Founders Prize for academic achievement, and science and English department honors. He served as a school prefect and resident assistant, was captain of the boys varsity basketball team, and served as manager of the boys varsity baseball team.
Katherine Atkinson was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Beloit College, Beloit, Wis.
Jane Fleishman earned a Master of Education degree in human sexuality education from Widener University, Chester, Pa.
Anna Lello-Smith graduated from Tufts University, summa cum laude with highest thesis honors.
Connor Roach, a freshman majoring in management, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y.
B. Kieran Presley graduated from the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Conn. He participated in varsity football, and on the boys track and field team.
Amber Logan was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Westfield State University. She is a freshman majoring in elementary education.
Kyle Grumoli graduated magna cum laude with a degree in criminal justice from Saint Anselm College, Manchester, N.H., receiving the criminal justice department’s Captain Martin A. Murphy Award for earning the highest grade point average among his peers in the department. During his senior year, he was an intern with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of the Department of Homeland Security.
Hannah P. Pancione was named to spring semester dean’s list at Stonehill College, Easton.
Timothy Laroche, a sophomore majoring in English-journalism and writing, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Lyndon State College, Lyndonville, Vt.
Lindsey S. Dirats, class of 2015 at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., has been inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon, the international honorary society for economics. Lindsey is a graduate of Williston-Northampton School.
Merle O’Neal, a senior majoring in video/TV and business, was named to the spring semester dean’s list at Hofstra University, Hempstead, N.Y.
