∎ Lindsey B. Ghegan, 20, of Franklin was arrested Thursday at 2:02 a.m. on North Pleasant Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, being a minor in possession of alcohol and failure to stay within marked lanes, police said.
∎ Benjamin J. Healy-Levy, 20, of Duxbury, and a passenger in Ghegan’s vehicle, was arrested on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol, police said. Additional passengers were issued citations for failure to wear seat belts, including two passengers who were located in the trunk, police said.
∎ Devin R. Pascoe, 20, of Somers, Conn., Lauren Pici, 21, of Tolland, Conn., and Cory S. Whitman, 21, of Fair Haven, N.J., were all arrested Wednesday at 11:50 p.m. at 188 Sunderland Road on charges of violating the town’s noise bylaw after police received a complaint about loud music and yelling, and intoxicated guests stumbling onto neighboring properties, police said.
∎ Justin Racette, 21, of 345 Walker St. in North Adams, was arrested Wednesday at 10:32 a.m. at the VA Medical Center in Leeds on a warrant issued by the U.S. Department of Defense for failing to report for military duty, according to police.
∎ A traffic stop on Pleasant Street Friday at 2:02 a.m. resulted in two arrests. Kevin C. Malone, 33, of 880 Grayson Drive, Springfield, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation. His passenger, Darlington C. Roach, 33, of 250 Gresham St., Springfield, was arrested on a warrant.
∎ Ronald L. Vachon, 29, of 227 Federal St., Apt. 3F, Greenfield, was arrested on King Street Thursday at 11:53 p.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, having no inspection sticker and on a warrant.
∎ An 18-year-old Shelburne Falls man will be summoned to court on shoplifting charges after police said he took two cans of spray paint from Walmart without paying for them on Thursday at 6:24 p.m.
∎ Police investigated a report received Thursday at 2:04 p.m. that a bag containing four DVDs valued at $78 was taken from a table in Haymarket Cafe on Main Street.
∎ Megan E. Sylvester, 20, of 37 Hemenway Road, Williamsburg, was arrested on April 26 at 12:16 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation. Police said the car she was driving on East Street went off the road and hit a tree and she was treated for minor injuries at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
∎ Daniel P. Williamson, 28, and Jeffrey F. Krawczyk, 34, both of 121 North Main St. in Belchertown, were arrested April 25 at 3:05 p.m. after police said they kicked down the door of Williamson’s mother’s East Street home and stole two televisions.
Their vehicle was stopped by Holyoke police and they were both charged with breaking and entering in the daytime, larceny over $250 and vandalism.
∎ Emma Caballero, 50, of 126 Union St., Westfield, was arrested April 17 at 2:24 a.m. on College Highway on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
∎ Jason Emmett, 33, of 111 Strong Road, was arrested April 16 at 10:19 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery after allegedly shoving his girlfriend.
∎ Benjamin Nardone, 41, of 9 Greenwood Court, Easthampton, was arrested April 14 at 1:13 a.m. on East Street on charges of charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and speeding.
∎ Lisa M. Jackson, 33, of 1571 Riverdale St., West Springfield, was arrested April 3 at 1:49 a.m. on East Street on a warrant.
∎ Eric T. Shoup, 28, of 37 Maple St., Easthampton, was arrested March 31 at 2:11 a.m. on College Highway on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and a marked lanes violation.
∎ Scott A. Dzialo, 47, of 3 Fomer Road, was arrested at his home March 28 at 1:56 a.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery after he allegedly pushed his girlfriend off the bed. He was also arrested on April 12 at 5:37 p.m. on two counts of violating an abuse prevention order after he allegedly communicated with her.
His girlfriend, Barbara L. Fiato, 45, was arrested at her home at 3 Fomer Road on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order after she allegedly started arguing with Dzialo when he was allowed to enter the house to collect his possessions.
∎ Steven R. Greco, 40, of 134 College Highway, Apt. E6, was arrested at his home March 27 at 4 p.m. on a warrant.
∎ Lynn A. LaFreniere, 40, who police said is homeless, was arrested at Big Y Supermarket March 24 at 1:24 p.m. on charges of larceny over $250 and trespassing after police said she left the store without paying for a cart full of about 15 bottles of laundry detergent.
∎ Jessica P. Stacy, 25, of 16 Ridgecrest Circle, Westfield, was arrested March 18 at 12:13 a.m. on College Highway on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.
∎ Colleen A. LaRochelle, 51, of 9 Parc Place Road, Apt. 7, was arrested at her home March 8 at 5:15 p.m. on a warrant.
∎ Dimitrios E. Rizos, 18, of 12 Geryk Court, and Joshua N. Brennan, 20, of 31 Basket St., Huntington, were both arrested on charges of underage possession of alcohol following a traffic stop on Pequot Road March 1 at 10:30 p.m.
