Williamsburg to hold town caucus Monday
WILLIAMSBURG — The annual Town Caucus will be held today at 7 p.m. at the town offices, 141 Main St., Haydenville.
Below is a list of offices, number of open seats and term durations for each position.
Assessors, two seats (three-year term); Board of Health, two seats (three-year term); board of library trustees, four seats (three-year term); elector Oliver Smith Will, two seats (one-year term); Finance Committee, six seats (three-year term), and two seats (one-year term); Hampshire Council of Governments councilor, two seats (three-year term); School Committee, four seats (three-year term); moderator, two seats (one-year term); Recreation Commission, four seats (three-year term); Regional School Committee, two seats (three-year term); Board of Selectmen, two seats (three-year term); Trust Fund/Cemetery Commission, two seats (three-year term) and two seats (two-year term); and Water Sewer Commission, four seats (three-year term) and two seats (one-year term).
The following positions will be up for election: town clerk (three-year term) and town treasurer (three-year term).
The annual elections are scheduled for May 6.
