Interstate 91 re-opens after closing because of icy conditions in Connecticut
Connecticut State Police say about a 10-mile stretch of Interstate 91 from just north of Hartford to the Massachusetts line has reopened Monday after icy conditions and accidents prompted authorities to shut down both sides of the highway about 10 a.m.

Massachusetts State Police diverted traffic off I-91 at Exit 49 until the highway was treated in Connecticut.
