1987: Spoleto opens at 12 Crafts Ave.

1990: Spoleto moves to 50 Main St.; Pizzeria Paradiso opens in its former spot

1997: Del Raye Bar & Grill opens at 1 Bridge St.

1999: Paradise City Tavern opens at 5 Bridge St., burns down eight months later

2002: Spoleto Express opens at 225 King St.

2006: Spoleto East Longmeadow opens at 84 Center Square

2007: Mama Iguana’s opens at 271 Main St., Northampton

2008: Del Raye closes at 1 Bridge St.; Paradise City Tavern opens in its place

2011: Mama Iguana’s Springfield opens at 1150 West Columbus Ave., just north of the Basketball Hall of Fame

2012: Spoleto moves from 50 Main St. to 1 Bridge St.; Paradise City Tavern closes

2013: Spoleto Express closes
