Supposed fiscal ‘crisis’  punishes US taxpayers

Every year at this time taxpayers have to put up with more of the same old, same old Scrooges, Grinches and gremlins playing their same old, same old nonsensical game — however, every year there’s a new twist!

This year it’s called the fiscal “cliff hanger” (or stiff anger) or better yet, “How the Grinches Try to Steal Christmas.”

However, I don’t think they realize that a new generation of game-players has entered this place called “U-ville” — and they are the new game-changers! They don’t play the game the same way it was played 20 years ago.

This is a new century and things have changed dramatically. And they just don’t get it.

But maybe they will the next time elections roll around in their district of U-ville.
