Amherst
■ Two unlocked vehicles parked downtown were entered Sunday night. The first incident was reported at 7:49 p.m. when a vehicle parked on Main Street was entered after someone peeled back a tarp covering a broken window. A backpack filled with books was taken, police said. At 10:55 p.m., a laptop computer and a leather book bag were reported stolen from a vehicle parked on North Prospect Street.
■ Borlei Kellemu, 23, of 38 Greenleaves Drive, unit 63, Hadley, was arrested Sunday at 9:12 p.m. at the police station on two warrants.
■ Blake Williams, 48, of 19 Dana Place, was arrested Sunday at 2:24 p.m. on a charge of domestic assault and battery after an incident a few hours earlier in which he allegedly grabbed a woman by her wrists and pushed her to the ground, police said.
■ Kristen E. Gargiulo, 20, of 286 Sunset Ave., unit 230, was arrested Sunday at 12:53 a.m. on Main Street on a charge operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
■ Daniel Robert Stellato, 20, of Tyngsborough, was arrested Saturday at 1:33 a.m. at Puffton Village on charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing after he ran on the hoods of several vehicles and refused to leave the area after being warned, police said.
Belchertown
■ Peter J. Carriveau, 20, of 57 Fletcher Ave., was arrested Saturday at 8:48 p.m. at Lord Jeffery Apartments on a warrant.
■ Michael A. Kenny, 47, of Palmer, was arrested Thursday at 3:20 p.m. on East Walnut Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and operating a motor vehicle to endanger.
■ Leonard Beaulieu, 57, of 23 Brenda Lane, was arrested Thursday at 8:15 a.m. at a Belchertown home on a charge of assault and battery.
■ Jamie Lee Niejadlik, 30, of 73 Green Ave., was arrested Nov. 5 at 9:59 a.m. on Turkey Hill Road on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
