The Easthampton U12 Boys Soccer team in the Pioneer Valley Junior Soccer League finished the regular season in Second Place with seven wins, one loss and four ties, and advanced to the PVJSL Fall Tournament.

The Eagles played Nov. 3 against Granby and won 2-0, advancing to the championship game versus Hampshire. Hampshire was the only team the Eagles lost to in the regular season. Hampshire had finished its season in first place and was undefeated, with nine -wins, no losses and two ties.

Hampshire and the Eagles played to a 0-0 score after two regulation 25 minute periods. They then played two 5-minute sudden death periods with no one scoring a goal. The game came down to five penalty kicks. The Eagles scored five times and and Hampshire scored four, with a block by Eagles Goalie Ronan Mottor.
