Market helped make library event a success
To the editor:
On Oct. 24, at a fundraising event presented by the Friends of Forbes Library, the food at the reception was donated by River Valley Market. The spread was extraordinary — platters of delicious cheeses, stuffed grape leaves, sushi, meze, crostini, fruits, and sweets, and it was beautifully arranged with attention to every detail of serving. The management of the market is community-minded, conscientious, and thoroughly pleasant to work with.
The Friends of Forbes Library are deeply grateful for their great kindness and generosity. Hooray for River Valley Market!
