Smith College field hockey loses
The Smith College field hockey team fell behind early and couldn’t recover in a 6-3 loss at Western New England Thursday.
Allie Stein scored twice and Marissa Vara added one goal, but a 4-0 halftime deficit was too much to overcome for Smith (6-6).
Nora Demick made nine saves in the loss.
