Chesterfield board orders study on proposed cellphone tower site

CHESTERFIELD - Town planners opted to postpone a decision Monday on a controversial proposal to erect a cellphone tower on Bagg Road. They said they want to better assess whether there is a need for it and, if there is, where it should be located.
