Don't settle for same old uses for holiday leftovers

For some people, the whole point of Thanksgiving dinner is to have leftovers. These are the people who intentionally buy a monster-size bird, mash way too many potatoes and pop an extra pie in the oven.

To my joy I have recently been reinstated to the Food Network. I won't go into details, but I never knew how much I missed it til I got it back. If I lived alone or was housebound I might watch it 24/7. It's a sickness. I'm not usually a TV addict, but with Food Network at my fingertips, I have the potential.
