NORTHAMPTON BUILDING PERMITS

The following were some of the building permits issued in Northampton between Jan. 31 and Feb. 6. Information includes: Project address and applicant; a description of the work and the cost.

∎ 243 King St., Pot Pourri — Suite 239, Coolidge Northampton, LLC, interior partitions, $20,000.

∎ Fair St., Fairgrounds, Hampshire, Franklin & Hampden Agricultural Society, install roof-mounted solar array on arena building, $488,000.

∎ 39 Middle St., James J. and Hazel E. Brennan, remodel bathroom, $6,000.

∎ 22 Nutting Ave., Ryan Stefinck, remove two kitchen walls, $3,750

∎ 30 Landy Ave., Rhys A. Eppich & Catherine L. Rowen, remodel kitchen, $15,867.
