For starters, Cady Lalanne is back at practice...

As part of a little practice fun in preseason, Derek Kellogg has a UMass football helmet. If a guy gets dunked on in practice... he needs a helmet for his own protection..., he gets the helmet in his locker and he has to take a picture with the person that dunked on him. Kellogg then tweets the picture.

Once the season starts, the helmet becomes a trophy. Dunk on somebody and you get the helmet, and supposedly you picture with a picture of the guy you dunked on. I'm guessing it'll be just a picture with the helmet as finding those pictures will be more trouble than they're worth.

So... Cady Lalanne was not only back at practice, but he dunked on Andrew McCarthy and Terrell Vinson at the same time.
