Before we get to this week's picks, Frank lets us know why he's taking New England this week, despite choosing Baltimore as his pre-playoff Super Bowl winner, along with his reasoning for his NFC pick:

I know I originally said Baltimore was going to win the Super Bowl, but they did not impress me last week against Houston.  Therefore, I am taking the Pats and the 49ers.  I still can’t make myself pick Eli Manning, even though they beat Green Bay at Lambeau.  The 49ers are going to get a lot more pressure on him.
