Summer, it is plethora of colors, especially with all this rain. There are green leaves, flowers, and gardens full of vegetables. I often wonder if we lived in a place where winter didn't come and take it all away would the colors seem so vivid and would we still notice even the subtleties of a golden field of wheat? Summer in the Valley comes with a plethora of colors, especially this year with all the rain we’ve been having. I fully appreciate summer’s range of hues, especially the more subtle ones — like those in this Hadley field of golden wheat.
