Suzanne Wilson's best bets
SHE’S NOT COMPLAINING
Elinor Lipman’s fans are familiar with the wit and smarts she brings to her novels: her latest is “The View from Penthouse B.” They may be less aware of her talents as a non-fiction writer. In a new collection, “I Can’t Complain: (All Too) Personal Essays,” she takes on subjects ranging from condiments to life after her husband’s death. She’ll be at Broadside Bookshop in Northampton Wednesday at 7 p.m., and at the Odyssey Bookshop in South Hadley Thursday, also at 7.
