Style Stop: Kira and Maya Wilson

Sisters Kira and Maya Wilson’s similar outfits caught the attention of the Style Stop team as they walked down Main Street, near where they live in Northampton. When asked why they were dressed alike, the sisters said it was only coincidental.

TODAY’S OUTFIT: I really like the skirt and I wanted to borrow a shirt from my sister so I put them together.

BOOTS: I got them as a birthday gift and I wear them all the time.

EVERYDAY PROCESS: I choose what to wear depending on the weather. I also decide if I want to wear pants or skirts or wear bright colors or darker colors. When I’m in a happy mood, I wear popping colors. When I’m in a relaxed mood, I wear darker colors.

Maya

TODAY’S OUTFIT: I just found something in my closet and put it on.

NECKLACE: I made this about five years ago when I was vacationing on Cape Cod. I paired stuff together and got this.

EVERYDAY PROCESS: I dress up in what’s comfortable. I also choose my clothes based on what I definitely want to wear that day. Sometimes there’s a piece of clothing that I really want to wear, like cowboy boots today.

FASHION NO-NO: Crocs.
