Fall was in full swing at Outlook Farm last Sunday as people from around western Massachusetts made the trip to the Westhampton orchard to pick their own apples.
The farm, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary, hosts several “pick your own” days every year at the orchards near Outlook’s country store.
Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Ida Red and Red Rome apples all were in abundance and ready for picking. Some visitors had apple pies in mind, some had applesauce — and some were probably going to snack on one or two apples right out of the bag on the ride home.
