How did you land your job? I started the business in 2011.
What’s most challenging about your work? Aside from the hours, there’s nothing really challenging about it.
What do you like about your job? Absolutely everything.
What is your key to success? Making good beer and keeping it local.
How do you feel the Valley economy will fare this year? Things look good from where I’m standing.
Why did you choose to do business in the Valley? I love the “buy local” environment here and I want to do all I can to contribute to it.
Who has helped mentor you professionally? I owe a tremendous amount to Mark Burke, formerly of Burke Beverage, for his insight on the beer industry. I would have been completely lost without him.
Name a few of your goals for the coming year: I am working to expand distribution into southeastern Massachusetts and am hoping to release a few new recipes.

What is your advice for others seeking business success? The company is only a year old, so I’ll wait until I’m successful before I give other people advice.
