Trail of delight
Some 12,000 people have toured the Art in the Orchard exhibit this year at the Park Hill Orchard in Easthampton. If you’re not one of them, here’s your chance: There will be a closing celebration Sunday, from 2 to 4 p.m., with awards, acknowledgements, speeches, a parade along the sculpture trail led by the Expandable Brass Band (a chance to bust out your fun hats and batons), and hors d’oeuvres. parkhillorchard.com/art
ANOTHER GOOD BET
Singer-songwriter Marcia Gomes’ music is inspired by jazz, gospel, Latin and R&B. The Amherst musician will perform Friday at 7 p.m. at the Thirsty Mind Coffee and Wine Bar in South Hadley, where she’ll sing her newest song, “Trayvon,” a rallying cry for justice and a call for peace. www.justkeepclimbingmusic.com.
