Steve Pfarrer’s Best Bets

WILDER, MEET WILLIAMS

At Huntington’s North Hall Arts Festival, catch “The Happy Journey to Trenton and Camden” by Thornton Wilder and “Talk to Me Like the Rain and Let Me Listen” by Tennessee Williams, Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. Both one-acts “explore the human condition in a uniquely American way,” according to organizers. www.northhallhuntington.org.

ANOTHER GOOD BET

“Transperformance,” the annual music bash/fundraiser at Look Park in Florence — will be the last organized by Bob Cilman, the outgoing Northampton Arts Council director. He’ll leave in style, though — the show’s theme is “Beyond Bob,” and the acts will include Bob Dylan, Bob Seeger, Bob Marley ... you get the picture. Starts at 4 p.m.
