Katy O’Connor picked up the 100th hit of her Hampshire Regional softball career on an RBI double in the first inning of Thursday’s 18-0 win over Holyoke in five innings.

She went 3-for-5 with two RBIs for the visiting Raiders (12-4, 4-0 Suburban).

Brielle Bergeron went 4-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. Emily Halket allowed just two hits and no walks with three strikeouts.

Frontier Regional 10, Mahar 2 — Sarah Meunier hit two home runs: a solo shot in the third and a two-run blast in the fifth for the Red Hawks.

Maddie Fifield added three hits, including a double.

Lauren MacDonald struck out five for Frontier (5-9, 4-8 Franklin) and didn’t issue a walk.

Westfield 26, Amherst Regional 2 (5) — Megan Rice hit a triple for the Hurricanes (1-14, 0-6 Valley) and had two RBIs.

Ludlow 6, South Hadley 5 — Abby Edge had three hits and scored three runs.

Mikhaila Edge also added three hits, while Hayley Schaeffer had two for the Tigers (3-12, 2-3).

Athol 14, Hopkins Academy 4 — The Red Raiders scored five times in the top of the first and the Golden Hawks (3-13, 0-10 Franklin) couldn’t recover.

Kelsea Cristoforo and Greta Kurtz each had a hit and an RBI.

Chicopee 16, Belchertown 4 (5) — Tiffany Mann, Samantha Mann and Delaney O’Brien drove in runs for the Orioles (3-13, 0-6 Valley Wheel).

Boys lacrosse

Minnechaug 14, South Hadley 2 — Shane Smith and Marcus Larrier each scored, while Matt Brandts had an assist, but the Tigers (4-13, 0-7 Valley Wheel) fell on the road.

It was the third straight game for the Tigers, who close with Amherst Monday night in South Hadley.

Girls lacrosse

Granby 20, Monson 4 — Kate Sarnacki tallied seven goals and seven assists in a home win.

Jessica Patruno found the net five times, while Madison Sexton added three goals and two assists.

Julia Frappier scored twice with an assist, while Rosalynn Vollbrecht had two goals and Allie Bessette one.

Jenna Barthlow made six saves for Granby (12-5, 8-1 Pioneer).

Agawam 15, South Hadley 1 — Marley Medina had a goal, and Hanna Kopec made nine saves for the Tigers (4-12, 0-8 Valley Wheel).
