SLIDESHOW 2009 Northampton arson: From the late-December fires to the sentencing in 2013

On Dec. 27, 2009, a series of fires was set in downtown Northampton. The blazes were investigated as arson and an arrest was soon made. Northampton resident Anthony Baye was arrested by police in early 2010. In 2013, he pleaded guilty to 48 charges stemming from the fires including manslaughter for the deaths of Paul and Paul Jr. Yeskie. Baye is now serving a 19-20 year state prison sentence.
