Ashley Elizabeth Maiorano of Mansfield and Michael Alan Atwood of Plainville were married Oct. 4, 2013 at Our Lady of the Valley Church, Easthampton, by the Rev. Douglas McGonagle.
The bride is the daughter of Elizabeth and Stephen Maiorano of Southampton. The groom is the son of Nancy and Steven Atwood of Mansfield.
The matrons of honor were Catherine Watkins and Jaclyn Caceci, and the maid of honor was Lyndsey Maiorano, all sisters of the bride.
Katherine Mucci and Siobhan O’Riordan served as bridesmaids, and Lila Watkins and Gia Caceci, nieces of the bride, were flower girls.
The best man was Jeffrey Atwood, brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Michael Alksininis, William Jeffers, Michael Anderson and Brian Finn.
The ring bearers were Aydin Armstrong and Brody Watkins, nephews of the bride.
A reception was held at Springfield Sheraton at Monarch Place, Springfield, and the couple honeymooned in Hawaii.
The bride, 28, is an application engineer at Invensys of Foxboro. She is a 2003 graduate of Hampshire Regional High School, and a 2007 graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She received a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, Babson Park, in 2013.
The groom, 29, is a software developer for Invensys. He is a 2002 graduate of Mansfield High School, and a 2006 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
