In a year the Frontier Regional wrestling team earned coach Don Gordon his 300th career victory, the Red Hawks had another reason to celebrate after their 48-24 victory over Athol at home Wednesday.

With the win, Frontier finished the regular season 10-9 overall (3-3 Tri-County) to earn its first winning season since the 2001-02 season.

Ben McGranaghan (106 pounds), Jake Arnold (126), Marc Saulnier (145), Clement Watroba (182), Chris Toomey (195) and Glenn Sullivan (285) each won by pin for the Red Hawks.
