Recycled Christmas Party, Friday, 1 p.m. Dress up, meet with friends and swap christmas gifts. Refreshments will be served. Call to preregister.
Helping Hand Senior Valentine Brunch, Feb. 12, 9:30 to 11 a.m. Catered breakfast includes scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon, homefries and more.
Wii Zumba, every Monday, 10 a.m., with Wii Queen Barbara Wagner. Donation of $8 for the 4 weeks is requested. Call to preregister.
Friends' Café, every Thursday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Serving a limited menu of soup, salad and half sandwich. A dessert item will be available as well. No pre-ordering or take-out orders.

Caregiver discussion and support group, Feb. 14 and 28, 1 p.m. Marge Pietras of All About You Professional Home Care and a staff member from the Easthampton Council on Aging will facilitate. Call to pre-register.
Ballroom dancing, every Tuesday, 6 to 8 p.m.. With instructors Stephen Bailey and Roxanne Labato-Bailey. $5 per person.
Bingo, every Tuesday, 1 to 3 p.m., seating begins at 12:20 after lunch.

Fitness Center for Easthampton residents 55 and up; cycles, treadmills, elliptical, strength training equipment. $50 per year. Orientation and completed medical forms are necessary prior to use.
SHINE Program provides assistance with health insurance issues, drug coverage and more. By appointment only.
Outreach program available to Easthampton residents. Providing information/referral services on a wide variety of issues. Both office and in-home visits available.
The Council on Aging van is easy access and is equipped with a wheelchair lift. Van service is available to seniors for appointments, and is used for local or out of town special trips listed in the newsletter. Reservations 48 hours in advance.
Notary service is available for residents 60 and over, in office and home visits possible. By appointment only donations toward services appreciated.
The Enrichment Center is looking for volunteers for the reception desk. Call for information about this and other possible positions.

The Council on Aging's Caring Community Assistance Program is currently looking for volunteers and paid workers to provide handyman services, yard work and lawn mowing for senior residents of Southampton. A criminal background check is required. Please contact Jane at 529-2105 for more information.

WESTHAMPTON
The Westhampton Council on Aging welcomes all seniors 60 and over to the noon luncheons held the first Thursday of every month at the Westhampton Congregational Church on Tob Road. Musical entertainment or a guest speaker follows lunch. Arrive early to have blood pressure checks and to sign cards. Bring a nonperishable food donation for the Easthampton Community Center Food Cupboard.
