The South Hadley hockey team moved to within a point of clinching a postseason berth after a 6-0 victory over St. Mary Wednesday night at Amelia Park Rink in Westfield.

Chris Menard and Spencer Nawrocki both scored twice with an assist as the Tigers (9-0-1, 6-0 Wright) remained undefeated on the season.

Doug Sattler had a goal and three assists on the night, while Jeff Beauregard had one of each. Brian Bak, Tom Crotty, Ben Kravetz, Tom Dowd and Jake Knowles all contributed an assist apiece.

Devin Hoagland notched the shutout in goal with 14 saves for South Hadley.

Taconic 4, Easthampton 0 - Matt Sarafin (20 saves) and Sean Rose (five) split time in goal for the Eagles (1-9-1) in the independent home loss at Lossone Rink.
