The Northampton softball team snapped a four-game losing streak with a 6-1 win over Cathedral at home Saturday.

Mary Greco tossed a three-hitter, striking out three and walking none while allowing just one earned run in the victory.

Kristin Gross (two runs scored) and Maya Kersetter (two RBIs) had three hits each, while Meghan O'Brien, Shannon O'Leary and Kerry McCarthy all had a pair of hits in the contest.

Frontier Regional 9, Pioneer Regional 0 - Krystel Enko struck out nine and walked three as the Red Hawks (15-5, 12-4 Franklin) cruised in Northfield.

Katelyn Wood (2-for-3) and Caitlin Sullivan (2-for-4) each drove in a run and came around to score twice each for Frontier.
