Nick Johnson scored four goals and added an assist as the Amherst Regional boys lacrosse team clinched its first postseason berth since 2007 with a 10-4 win Monday in Northampton.

Zack Jackson had two goals and Kieran Presley, Willie Jackson, Joe Worthley and Dominick DeJesus all scored for the Hurricanes (9-4).

Ezra Ward made 13 saves in goal for Amherst.
