Nick Johnson and Dominick DeJesus each had two goals and one assist as the Amherst Regional boys lacrosse team defeated visiting Brattleboro, Vt., 8-5 on Thursday.

Kieran Presley (one assist), Willie Jackson, Joe Worthley and Zack Jackson each added one goal for the Hurricanes (8-5) who moved to within one win of clinching their first postseason berth since 2007.
