In Eastern Hampshire District Court Thursday before Judge W. Michael Goggins:
WHITCOMB, Matthew M., 49, 32 Saybrook Circle, South Hadley, had decriminalized a charge of trespassing.
BASINOW, David E., 44, Manchester, N.H., had decriminalized a charge of possessing a class D substance (marijuana) and submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding on charges of possessing a class B substance (crystal meth) and possessing a class E substance (Viagra); continued without a finding for six months, ordered to pay $100 in court costs.
THOMSON, Stuart, 21, 88 Pelham Road, Amherst, had decriminalized a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $150.
BENNETT, Kimberly, 23, 34 Hadley Drive, Sunderland, had decriminalized a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $150.
CANNON, Shantia A., 26, Mattapan, Mass., had decriminalized a charge of disorderly conduct; fined $150.
SIENG, Vuthy, 39, 17 Holyoke St., Easthampton, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding on a charge of assault and battery; continued without a finding for one year, ordered to complete an anger management program and stay away from and have no contact with the victim.
KOLLIAS, Robert Z., 20, Woburn, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; continued without a finding for one year, ordered to complete a driver alcohol education program, 210-day loss of license and fined $600.
In Northampton District Court Thursday before Judge Richard J. Carey:
WANCZYK, Marlee L., 24, Springfield, had decriminalized a charge of trespassing.
WHALEN, Peter, 46, 5 Briggs St., Easthampton, had decriminalized a charge of possessing a class D substance (marijuana); fined $200.
COLLINS, William M., 30, 12 Crafts Ave., Northampton, had dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
SLESINSKI, Peter P., 55, Williamsburg, had dismissed upon payment of $194.45 in restitution four counts of larceny by check under $250.
KRUZEL, Conrad, 35, streets of Northampton, pleaded guilty to charges of trespassing and shoplifting by concealing merchandise, third offense; had a 30-day jail sentence suspended for two years, ordered to avoid drugs and alcohol and submit to random screenings.
TORO, Marko A., 34, Pittsfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting; fined $50.
