WORTHINGTON - Jean L. Milewski, 84, of Old North Road, died at the Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2009.

Jean was born in Holyoke on May 26, 1925, and was the daughter of the late Alfred and Marie (Eilmes) Kurtz. She was a graduate of Holyoke High School's Class of 1943 and was the widow of the late Peter J. Milewski of Chicago, Ill., and Miami, Fla.

She is survived by her son Francis A. Blair of Plainfield; and her grandchildren, Paul and Telly. She also leaves her nieces, Barbara Ringuette and Mary Goddu, both of Chicopee Falls. Jean has several cousins in Easthampton and Southampton.

She was predeceased by her twin sister, Shirley Culver; her son Roger Blair; and her grandson Francis.

The cremation was entrusted to the Williamsburg Funeral Home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
