LACUS, Paul A., 28, Chicopee, was found innocent on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense.

LAVALLEE, Jeremy, 29, 463 Rocky Hill Road, Florence, was found innocent on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

SALVIDIO, Michael L., Oxford, had dismissed at the request of the victim a charge of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

BAGGE, Jeffrey, 24, Longmeadow, had decriminalized a charge of shoplifting merchandise; fined $150.

IANTOSCA, Mark, Dedham, had decriminalized a charge of disorderly conduct; ordered to pay $100 in restitution.

HONAGA, Alex A., 22, Melrose, was placed on pretrial probation for six months on a charge of disorderly conduct.

KAUFMAN, Daniel R., 20, Scotch Plains, N.J., had decriminalized a charge of disorderly conduct; ordered to pay $100 in restitution.

Sentenced to jail

THOMAS, Michael, 29, Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated assault and battery and larceny from a person; ordered to serve six months of a two-year jail sentence directly, with the balance suspended for two years and to stay away from and have no contact with the victim.

In Northampton District Court Wednesday before Judge Richard J. Carey:

WHITBECK, Gale O., 64, Montague, had dismissed charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

KEITH, Jeremy S., 34, 33 Kenneth Road, had dismissed upon payment of $50 in court costs a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

THIBODEAU, Michael P., 25, 18 Hatfield St., Haydenville, had dismissed upon payment of $200 in court costs a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

STEFANO, Anthony, 55, Chester, had decriminalized a charge of disturbing the peace; fined $100.

PEREIRA, Bruno E., 22, Chicopee, had decriminalized a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; fined $100.

MURPHY, Betty A., 57, 23 Beyer Drive, Easthampton, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; continued without a finding for one year, ordered to complete a driver alcohol education program, 45-day loss of license; fined $600.

ABDOW, Scott J., 23, 17 Ledgewood Drive, Belchertown, had dismissed a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and had dismissed upon payment of $50 in court costs a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration.

AULETTA, Raymond A., 46, 73 Old Springfield Road, Belchertown, had dismissed upon payment of $50 in court costs a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

SAMSON, Michael J., 40, 58 Jackson St., Belchertown, was placed on pretrial probation for six months on two counts of violating an abuse-prevention order; ordered to abide by the restraining order.

BRUNELL, Andrew, 20, Paxton, had dismissed three counts of carrying a dangerous weapon on school grounds and submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol; continued without a finding for four months.

FRESCELLO, Joshua E., 24, Buffalo, Mo., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny from a person; sentenced to 18 months in jail, to be served directly.

WILLIAMS, Glen R., 61, Holyoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, third offense; ordered to serve 180 days of a two-year jail sentence directly with the balance suspended for two years; eight-year loss of license.

In Northampton District Court Thursday before Judge Mark Ross:

RODRIGUEZ, Brandy E., 37, Springfield, had dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

GORRY, William P., 37, Springfield, had dismissed upon payment of $50 in court costs a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

JIMENEZ, Pedro, 49, Holyoke, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, fourth offense; sentenced to serve one year of a 2½-year jail sentence directly, with the balance suspended for two years, 10-year loss of license.

DEJESUS, Alexi, 20, Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient for a guilty finding on charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle; continued without a finding for six months, ordered to complete a driving safety course.

In Northampton District Court Friday before Judge Richard J. Carey:

PHILLIPS, Cindy, 50, 56 Devens St., Greenfield, had dismissed a charge of possessing a class B substance (cocaine), subsequent offense.
