A simple change may do you good.
With flu germs swirling around, it's a good idea to pay more attention to how you wash your hands. The Mayo Clinic suggests wetting them with warm, running water and applying liquid or bar soap to a palm, then lathering your hands well for at least 20 seconds (or sing the ¿Happy Birthday' song twice). Make sure to scrub the fronts and backs of your hands, between your fingers, underneath your fingernails and your wrists. If you're in a public place, try to use a paper towel to turn the water faucet off to avoid more germs.
